If you are an anxious actor, you are not alone. Unfortunately, when these anxious feelings arise, our impulse is often to run away from the emotion.

In today’s episode, I share a grounding practice which will bring you into your body and help you experience and move your anxiety (or any other emotion) with ease. This really helps me as an actor to do my best work.
