Discover Creative Freedom through Embodiment
A Free Workshop

During this 1 hour workshop you’ll learn:

  • How the demands of your life as a creative may be overstimulating and overwhelming your nervous system
  • Some signs that indicate your nervous system is no longer regulating properly.
  • The difference between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.
  • The power embodiment work offers your work as a creative professional
  • Some simple, yet powerful embodiment practices to start to bring your nervous system back into balance.

Do you feel creatively feel stifled or stuck? Like no matter what you do, you just can’t achieve any solid momentum in your career or your business?

Often when we feel this way, we meet the challenge by trying to work harder and do more.

Unfortunately, this pattern of striving and pushing puts our bodies and our nervous systems into a state of duress.

To make matters worse, as a sensitive and empathetic creative, you have probably been affected by the pandemic and society’s collective anxiety and isolation in some way.

Perhaps you’ve noticed yourself having more obsessive thoughts, been unable to sleep, or been way more tired than usual?

These are all just some of the signs of a stressed body.

No amount of action that we take or positive affirmations or mindset work can undo the toll that is held in the body.

We must address it at the level that it is occurring. The body.

This workshop is designed so that you can start to recognize your stressors as they occur.

First by noticing and then implementing embodiment techniques, we can make sure new stress moves all the way through.

Then there is more energy and capacity to heal any emotions or stress that was previously stored in your body.

This experience will ripple out into the rest of your life. Allowing you to tap into more creativity, better focus, and eventually more productivity too.

Are you ready to experience more freedom?

Hi, I’m Natalie Neckyfarow and I’m an Actress, Writer, Producer, and Life Coach.

I started my artistic life as a dancer, later broadening my skills to include acting and singing.  I’m currently working towards production of my original play One Woman Show, Pieces of Me in 2022. A few of my other artistic credits include: The Body of a Woman as a Battlefield in the Bosnian War (NYC Premiere, Actor/Co-Director), Ordinary Days to benefit the Autism Theatre Initiative (Actor/Producer),  Boys’ Life (The Seeing Place), Redheads Anonymous (Award Winning Co-Producer), ‘zounds! (Movement Director, NYC & Edinburgh Fringe).

When the pandemic hit in March 2020, I had an extremely demanding job. The compounded stress led to a string of health challenges, from migraines to dizziness. In the process of finding better balance for my own body, I decided to get certified as a Life Coach.

I earned my certification from Jeannine Yoder’s Mentor Masterclass, a Coaching program which emphasizes tapping into feminine energy, sisterhood, and living in sync with the cyclical elements of nature. I slowly began to heal old patterns of overwhelm, overworking and people pleasing and began to share my experience and guide others navigating a similar transformation through the founding of Cultivating Empathy Coaching.

As  a life long mover and certified Pilates instructor since 2001 (Kane School), I teach embodiment as part of my work as a coach to help artists to get to know themselves as humans and come into alignment with their own innate and beautiful gifts.
