Are you tired of feeling exhausted and like you don’t have enough time to pursue everything you want?

I decided a few years ago that I was going to get off of the despair train and really learn to enjoy my life, regardless of the outcome.

I honestly didn’t know how I was going to do it, but I committed to showing up every single day to experience my life differently.

I built a deep trust in myself and the universe.

I established patterns that feel authentic, not only to who I am and what I want, but that are also deeply in tune with nature.

I am no longer trying to go against the grain.

Instead, I have learned to listen to myself, my body, and my intuition, so that I always know I’m on the right path and can go after my dreams, without feeling like I need any external proof.

I feel inherently calmer, more grounded, and peaceful.

I have the deepest and most fulfilling relationships of my life, both personally and professionally, and they continue to grow.

I am able to make plans and work on projects while letting go of the timeline.

Even while launching this program, I somehow managed to keep my apartment clean, feed myself good meals, and make time for leisure.

I knew deep in my heart that even with the exceedingly long to do list, that somehow I would get it all done. And I have!!

This would never have happened even a year ago … this is how much the tools I’m sharing in The Incubator have changed me and I can’t wait to share them with you too!!

What you’ve been taught it takes to succeed …

If you are anything like me, you were taught that success is linear. If you committed yourself unflinchingly towards your goals, and made huge sacrifices of time, effort, and money, surely you would reach your goals.

As a result, you’ve probably found yourself working long hours and trying to do it all.

Maybe you have a gazillion side jobs, have a limited to no social life, or have been sacrificing your health in an attempt to get it all done.

Years later, you’re still not “there” and feel like all you have to show for it is discouragement, disappointment, and exhaustion.

You probably figured out a long time ago that working harder and longer doesn’t actually work!! But you haven’t yet figured out what the alternative is.

It’s not your fault. The tendency to try to solve your problems by exerting more control is just so hard wired!!

Most of us are stuck in perpetual fight, flight, or freeze mode. Externally this means working for as hard and as long as we can, until we literally can’t do anything anymore.

This constant back and forth between overwork and burnout means that we never leave survival mode.

And in survival mode, we are pretty blind to the triggers that keep us repeating the same patterns over and over again, without making any real progress.

Success is actually more cyclical …

so we have to begin by slowing down and getting really present.

You have to be okay with doing less for a while, in order to learn to do things differently. (Keep in mind that you’ve been in this pattern of overworking for years or perhaps your entire life!)

This is going to bring stuff up, because your constant busyness has been a form of protection. You’ll need to meet all the thoughts and feelings that your constant motion has been concealing.

I’ll be honest, this journey isn’t for the faint of heart. Every day you are going to be tempted to fall back into your patterns of doing more.

But I know you can learn to do things differently because I’ve walked down the very same path.

It is so worth doing this work!! (Even more rewarding than checking your usual tasks off your to-do list.)

And you know those annoying people to whom everything seems to come so easily?

By changing your approach to your work and your creative life, you will become one of them.

Are you ready to let go of overwork and overwhelm and finally create from a place of ease and flow?

Natalie is an incredible listener, and a very intuitive healer.

I reached out to her because I felt I needed to build sustainable structures that would motivate me to pursue my passions. I also wanted to dig deeper into the source of my fears.

When I started my sessions, I told Natalie that I was constantly worried that I didn’t have enough time, and that this overwhelmed me to the point of not being able to do assignments. I knew I had so much to do but I didn’t even know where to start and fear was winning.

After a few sessions, and putting effort into the practices that Natalie suggested for me, I am now so much more aware of my beliefs and I’m not as afraid of fear or change as I was before. Through our work, I was able to befriend my fear, which has given me faith in following my gut and continue my artistic journey.  I was able to show up for my writing time, keep up with my daily meditation and writing practices, negotiate a (big) salary for the first time, and so much more!

The practices and exercises recommended by Natalie were so helpful then, and I keep on practicing many of them to this day! I am deeply grateful for our work together and in so much awe of the growth that can happen when we open ourselves up to receiving help.

Natalie is an amazing coach! Her ability to truly listen and personalize what a client needs is astounding. She really helped me find what works for ME, versus what I “should” do, and learn to trust my own inner voice. She was extremely accessible, communicative, and available anytime I had a question.

I have really been learning not to overload my schedule and take the time off. I actually was offered a dream role this week and think much of that was to do with me prioritizing for the callback which I couldn’t have done without you.

Prior to working with Natalie, I was feeling stagnant and overwhelmed, not knowing how to move my acting career forward and unsure the steps I needed to take to create a Pilates business that I truly believed in and could feel excited about. She helped me come up with step by step plans to further my acting career and launch my own business.

I ended my program with a timeline to keep me on track. My experience with Natalie was truly invaluable. She’s a wealth of knowledge and I look forward to working with her again.

Kelly Spitko

Actress and Pilates Instructor

Going into my energy healing session with Natalie, I had little to no idea what to expect … but what I left with was a clear understanding of where I needed healing and what life looked like on the other side.  If you are feeling stagnant or blocked, I cannot recommend Natalie’s work enough.  Her deep understanding of the body, along with her divine intuition, allows her to scan your energy with pinpoint accuracy.

This is for you if ...

You are willing to slow down, so that you can discover a new way of working that feels aligned, intuitive, and filled with joy.

You regularly enjoy spiritual practices or consider yourself spiritually curious.

You have big visions that you’ve been working at forever and are worried you’ll never get there.

You’ve reached a plateau and are ready to do things completely differently.

You are open to receiving powerful insight from a source outside of yourself.

You’d like to experience more community in your life.

This is not for you if ...

You feel that you have to keep up your current pace and are unwilling to take anything off your plate, even though its not really working for you.

You don’t want to try anything that is different, weird, or woo.

You’re committed to playing small and think that stair stepping is the only way to be successful.

You’d rather stay comfortable and keep your life exactly the way it is right now.

You need proof that something works before you try it.

You’d prefer to continue to go it alone and try to figure out everything for yourself.

In our strategy session, Natalie asked really insightful questions and helped me realize my blindspots in my time management that led to feeling frazzled. She guided me through setting up a schedule that works for me and the embodiment exercises were very centering and grounding.

Natalie is a great listener and wonderful coach, I felt very heard and seen.  The whole process felt very collaborative and supportive.

I was feeling unhappy, stressed and fake, and wasn’t satisfied with my work. Natalie’s gentle intuition guided me to find the root of my discontent.

Even after one session I felt my life had changed and in reality, it did because she made me realize what bothered me the most and put me on the path to see my life differently and let go my false beliefs.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will we meet?

Our initial session will take place on Tuesday October 10th from 3pm – 5pm EST / 12pm – 2pm PST / 8pm – 10pm BST.

Subsequent sessions will be scheduled based on the availability of the Incubator cohort (you’ll be asked to fill out a brief survey as soon as you sign up). I’ll provide you with the entire schedule no later than Friday October 16th.

How many people is this for?

This is a small group, high touch program and registration will be capped at 20 people, to ensure that everyone in the program receives ample support.

What if I can’t attend the live sessions?

I will make my best effort to schedule sessions so that everyone can attend as many sessions live as possible. Because we all are busy, and likely live in different time zones, there is a strong possibility that not everyone will be able to attend every session live.

Replays will be made available ASAP (and no later than 24 hours) after each session. You’ll be able to receive additional support through our private Circle community between sessions.

What if I don’t have a project to work on?

You don’t have to decide what your project will be before you sign up for the program or even before we start. We will take the first two weeks to decide what your project is, because setting intentions and making choices is part of the creative process.

If you’d like additional guidance around finding a project that will work for the program, you are invited to watch the replay of my free workshop from Tuesday October 3rd.

I’m not sure if I have enough time to do this right now. How much time is this program going to take?

You should plan on spending about 3 hours a week between live calls, integration work, and meeting with your accountability partner and a minimum of another 3 hours a week devoted to your project.

If you’d like some help discerning whether you are going to be able to make space for this transformation, click here to book a complimentary 15 minute discussion with me. I’d love to help you make the decision that feels right for you.

Can you help me with my project?

I have a broad array of experiences ranging from producing, acting, and writing to business operations and entrepreneurship, which will inform how I coach you in discovering and shifting your patterns around working and creating.

Since this is a life coaching and healing program, I believe that I can help you with any project that you may decide to pursue and will always let you know when it is a good idea to seek outside expertise in moving your work forward. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

Will i have lifetime access to the course materials?

You will have lifetime access to all recordings of our sessions and accompanying course materials. Our private Circle community will close 1 month after the program is complete.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Due to the small group nature of this program, there will be no refunds for any reason. If you choose the payment plan, you agree to make all payments regardless of whether you complete the program. Please make sure this program is right for you prior to signing up.

Still have questions?

Please reach out to me via this contact form or send me a DM on Instagram and I’ll get back to you ASAP.

Hi, I’m Natalie Neckyfarow,

and I’m an Actress, Writer, and Embodiment Coach, and the Founder of Cultivating Empathy Coaching.

Growing up I was a total perfectionist, people pleaser, and Type A overachiever.

As I became aware that my higher aspirations were in dance and the arts, I felt unsupported and unrecognized by my family as my authentic self. I had an intense need to constantly prove myself because I feared that I wouldn’t be able to pursue my passions otherwise.

While these tendencies got me to a certain point, I discovered that if I wanted to have the life I dreamed of, I really had to change some of my fundamental beliefs about the world and how I needed to show up in it.

I needed to let go of wearing my hard worker status like a badge of honor and get vulnerable enough to uncover the inner stories that were holding me back.

This eventually led me to enroll in Mentor Masterclass, my Life Coach training program, and later Master Your Magic and Advanced Master Your Magic, to learn how to use energy work personally and for other people. All the while, I was working on my original play (not exactly a) ONE WOMAN SHOW, a highly metatheatrical and personal exploration of what it takes to accept where I was as an artist, including all the triumphs and the setbacks, so that I could free myself up to live your most authentic and fulfilled life.

I also hold a BA in Dance from Smith College, Professional Diploma in Dance Studies from the Laban Centre London, and Acting Certificate from the Full Time Conservatory at Atlantic Acting School.

My movement background includes over 20 years as a professional dancer, physical theatre performer, and Pilates Instructor and Fitness Coach. This lifelong experience has deeply informed the creation of my own Embodiment techniques.

Some of my diverse experiences have included co-producing Redheads Anonymous (a web series), producing and acting in a concert benefit of Ordinary Days and a developmental workshop of (not exactly a) ONE WOMAN SHOW.

I have managed a busy Manhattan Pilates studio prior to and during the pandemic (including transitioning it from in-person to online and back) and was the online Operations and Team Manager for a high profile spiritual leader and coach.

I’ve led over a half dozen launches, coordinated and hired employees, and provided artistic and business guidance throughout these endeavors.

I’m a proud member of SAG-AFTRA and AEA and continue to write plays and screenplays that are at various stages of development.

I’m a grab bag of knowledge and can help you with a variety of projects whether you are an actor, writer, entrepreneur, or other creative. I’m masterful at learning new things and also a deep resource to support you with whatever project you may choose.

What to expect from participating in The Incubator …

I can’t guarantee that you’ll book an agent, sell your book, build a successful business, book a new acting gig, etc., etc.

Since I’ve become a life coach, here are some of the things I’ve helped people with:

  • Stepping into their own self-worth and successful negotiating a salary far bigger than they had ever asked for before
  • Learning to slow down and prioritize what matters, resulting in booking their dream role
  • Developing a growth mindset through daily journaling, personal inquiry, and embodiment practices
  • Figuring out how to balance their life as a multi-hyphenate
  • Experiencing greater ease and flow in their work
  • Releasing old fears and blocks and stepping into greater levels of success
  • And so much more …

In many cases, these things weren’t necessarily why people started working with me. These different results weren’t because my clients were lazy or didn’t do the work. It’s because they needed to become someone different before they could achieve their bigger goals. And for some of them, their goals actually changed from what they discovered in our work together.

It could very well turn out that the goals you’ve been going after aren’t actually in line with your authentic self, so once you discover that, it would be silly to keep chasing that, am I right?

What I can guarantee is that if you show up and do the work …

  • You will have a better relationship with yourself, your body, and the universe (or however you like to think of the great beyond).
  • You will feel less stressed and more grounded.
  • You will be able to drop into a creative flow more quickly and stay there for longer.
  • You’ll feel more confident about making decisions and truly prioritizing what matters most.
  • You’ll be able to enjoy the process and let go of the results.

And when you do this work, the possibilities are limitless …

Are you ready?
